Our goal for Children’s Ministry at Dutch Fork Church is to provide a safe, Christian environment for children to learn and play and to minister to their spiritual needs by providing a Bible-based curriculum and teaching them about God and His amazing love for us. We want them to know how they can experience God and His love through Jesus Christ. We offer a variety of developmentally appropriate activities and programs for children of all ages to learn about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Sunday Morning Activities For Children
Sunday School: Infant through 6th Grade – 9:15-10:15 a.m.
Every week our leaders plan age appropriate activities, games, and Bible lesson to help children learn what the Bible says about who God is and how they can grow in their faith.
Children’s Church: 3 Years to First Grade
During Children’s Church, children worship and praise God on their level. They participate in singing, Bible learning, and games together.
Children’s Church starts just after worship time begins (there will be a dismissal message on the screen) and lasts until worship time is over.
Children will leave from worship through the right side door and be escorted by children’s ministry leaders to the Children’s area. Children can be picked up in the Children’s area following the worship service. Children will exit through the right door of the sanctuary and be escorted by children’s ministry leaders.
Children’s Nursery: Infant to 2 Years
You are welcome to bring your infant into the sanctuary during Sunday morning service. We have a beautiful nursery available with loving caregivers to ensure your child will be well taken care of while you enjoy the service.
Wednesday Night Activities For Children
Join us on Wednesday evenings beginning this fall from 6:00-7:30 pm! All children are invited to learn about the importance of missions and teaching others to receive the love of Jesus Christ. Children learn about missionaries all over the world as they participate in hands on activities and learn more about missionary work. Ages 3 through 6th grade are welcome!
